If you need to return a item please contact us straight away

If you need to return an item, please return it to us within 7 days. Items can be exchanged or a full refund can be issued.  Please note that refunds can not be given on any of the toys due to hygiene reasons, only if the item is faulty.  Delivery charges are non refundable, and if the item ordered was delivered free of charge we will have to deduct £2.99 from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged please let us know immediately, please keep all packaging as this will be needed. Please contact us so we can arrange a exchange or refund, if this occurs we will refund your postage costs too.

All returned items must be returned in the same condition that they were received - unworn, with all labels still attached to the product and with it's original packaging.

All items must be returned by recorded delivery.

Here at lovethatlingerie we have the right to refuse an order once it has been placed, if we do this a full refund will be paid. If an item is purchased at the wrong price we reserve the right to cancel the order and to correct the price on the website, once this has been done you are free to re order the item.
